この一節はマントラ（真言）なので和訳しませんでした。マントラとは、ヒンドゥー教や仏教などで祈りや瞑想の際に唱えられる、宇宙の理を象徴する言葉です。少なくとも3000年以上前から伝わっており、非常に抽象的な意味を持つため一つの訳にすることは困難です。ざっくり訳すと、 "jai (जय)" は「幸あれ、栄光あれ」、 "guru (गुरु)" は「導く者、深遠な者」、 "deva (देव)" は「聖なる存在」という意味。 "Jai guru deva (जय गुरुदेव)（ジャイ・グル・デーヴァ）" で「聖なる導きに栄光あれ」みたいな感じだと思われます。 "om (ॐ)" に至ってはそもそも意味を持つ単語ではなく、この宇宙が生まれて最初に鳴った音を表します。また、ヒンドゥー教ではブラフマン（宇宙の全て／宇宙の根本原理／自己の源）を象徴する音とされています。
